Torsion and extension spring replacement, cable repair, broken rollers, bent track, opener installation and repair, and full door replacement when a repair isn't worth it anymore - that last call usually comes down to a door old enough that parts are getting hard to source, or damage bad enough that patching it just delays the same failure. Given how much of the housing stock here dates to the 1980s and 90s, we see a steady run of doors that are original to the house: single-layer steel, no insulation, worn rollers, springs sized for a lighter door than what's sometimes been hung on them since.
We service openers of the types common to houses built in that window, along with newer chain and belt-drive units. What we don't do is drywall, framing, or electrical work beyond the opener circuit itself - if your garage needs a new header or a rewired outlet, that's outside what we handle and we'll tell you so instead of guessing. Winters here are genuinely hard on hardware, cold band and all, so a lot of our calls in the coldest months are springs that finally gave out after years of temperature swings doing slow damage to the coil.
